Insight Therapy

 Nurturing awareness, acceptance and growth

Insight Therapy is a telehealth counseling practice offering individual therapy to adults.

Every one of us faces our own unique challenges and struggles throughout our lifetime. Many times, we are able to face these challenges through our own coping mechanisms and support system.  However, sometimes these struggles may become too much and it can interfere with our daily lives in regards to how we function and interact in our relationships. It can be difficult to see our way through our struggles and we can feel so deeply entrenched in our stress and not know how to get out or what to do to move forward. During these particularly difficult times, it can help to reach out to a professional and gain an outside perspective.

Deciding to engage in therapy can be a difficult decision on its own. Deciding who to work with can be even more challenging. One of the strongest predictors of therapeutic success is the relationship between the client and therapist.

My Philosophy

I take pride with taking the time to get to know my clients on an individual level. I want for each person to feel heard, understood and supported. I offer a safe space for you to gain an outside perspective, process your thoughts and emotions, build on your strengths and help you develop healthy and effective coping skills. I see therapy as a collaborative and mutually engaging process that is anchored with trust, respect and openness.
